The Wildcard role isn't an open job opportunity that needs to be filled. Instead, it's a fun way to get your resume into our database and answer some questions so we can get to know you a bit. Because it isn't an open role, we aren't conducting live interviews for those who apply here (unless there is something open or coming open in the near future that might be a fit).
When your resume is added to our database, our People team tags it with keywords so that when we open a new role, we can search our database for Wildcard applicants who might have relevant work experience or skills. We receive hundreds of Wildcard submissions every month, and our People team reviews every resume.
