**Exciting Opportunity for a Pharmacist!**\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Join a dynamic healthcare team committed to providing exceptional patient care!\n- Be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages.\n- Collaborate with Physicians on drug selections and dosing decisions.\n- Educate nursing staff, patients, and Physicians on medication-related matters.\n- Lead Medication Safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.\n- Maintain and update patient profiles to ensure comprehensive care.\n- Avoid and report adverse drug reactions to optimize safety.\n- Skillfully mix IV admixtures and nutritional supplements as needed.\n- Ensure narcotic accountability and compliance with regulations.\n\nShift Details:\n\n- Schedule: 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off: 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM\n- Work days: Wednesday through Tuesday\n- No On Call requirements.\n\nQualifications:\n\n - Required: ACLS & BLS certifications.\n- Arizona Pharmacist License is a must.\n- Must have inpatient acute hospital experience.\n- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.\n- Board Certified and/or completion of an accredited pharmacy residency preferred (not required).\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \n\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
