Job Title: UX Researcher Location: Hybrid Work Model Reporting to Pensacola, FL Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options Position Type: Multiyear Contract Description Assist in planning, leading, and formulating user-centered design strategies and solutions for experiences and initiatives using insights gathered from moderately complex profile research projects, psychology, and UX best practices. Serve as a change agent, exploring new ways to solve moderately complex problems. Collaborate cross-functionally to conduct research, perform analysis, uncover opportunities, and formulate innovative solutions that deliver value and create exceptional experiences. Work under limited supervision from higher-level peers and/or leadership on moderately complex projects and analysis, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices. Responsibilities Act as a consultative and advisory resource to various levels and functions within design and product teams to identify research topics and plan research initiatives for both generative and evaluative purposes. Identify and analyze user experience by evaluating and leading projects end-to-end; develop guides and screeners, moderate, analyze, synthesize findings, make recommendations, and deliver results. Lead the development and maintenance of experience and journey maps throughout project lifecycles. Gather, analyze, develop, and create user stories that capture user needs. Conduct research using qualitative methods and selected quantitative methods such as surveys. Communicate and present findings compellingly; tailor research outputs to the audience to influence organizational change. Package insights into tools and assets like personas, design principles, scenarios, workshops, etc., for use by designers and product managers. Support team members in transforming research insights into innovative solutions to address user and business problems. Create artifacts, educational tools, and processes to promote UX Research within the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to promote a user-centric approach based on research findings. Serve as liaison regarding research findings and their relation to other channel services. Use established strategies and tools to enhance value delivery for users. Perform analysis to quantify benefits and justify feature prioritization. Lead user experience initiatives across work streams. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in user experience, market, or consumer research, project management, and strategic analysis. Proficiency in multiple research methodologies including usability studies, ethnography, journey mapping, eye-tracking, focus groups, surveys, etc. Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Experience with UX research platforms and quantitative market research methods. Knowledge of behavioral analysis, statistical concepts, and financial industry practices. Strong communication skills, capable of synthesizing and presenting ideas effectively. Experience working with all levels within organizations and with vendors. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Additional desired skills include background in tech, product development, design thinking, and a Master's degree in related fields. #J-18808-Ljbffr System One
