Job Description

Who We Are:

Senior RF design, modeling, and systems engineer. Design, model, develop, and test RF systems and antennas. Evaluate, troubleshoot, and verify RF components and systems.

Objectives of this Role:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in producing a customer end product.
• Lead proposal efforts.
• Serve as a primary technical interface with clients.
• Model RF systems and antennas.
• Design RF systems and antennas.
• Evaluate RF systems and components.
• Test RF systems and components.
• Develop future RF system and component requirements.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, model, fabricate, and test RF systems, antennas, and components.
• Test, characterize, and evaluate RF systems, antennas, and components.
• Lead the design, development, modeling, fabrication, and testing of RF systems, antennas, and components.
• Develop future RF system, antenna, and component concepts.

Requirements:

• Requires a Bachelors or a Masters in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or RF Engineering
• 15 years: Design, development, modeling, fabrication, and testing of RF systems, antennas, and components
• Testing, characterization, and evaluation of RF systems, antennas, and components
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in producing a customer end product
• Experience leading proposal efforts
• Experience serving as a primary technical interface with clients
• A valid/clear driver's license is required
