Position Title: Performance Quality Analyst I

Anticipated End Date: 2025-10-31

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM PST

Location: The ideal candidate would live within commutable distance to one of our office locations. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face?to?face onboarding and skill development.

Position Overview

Performance Quality Analyst I will be responsible for driving service quality excellence by evaluating the quality of services and interactions provided by organizations within the enterprise. Responsibilities include processes related to enrollment, billing, claims processing, and customer service inquiriesboth written and verbal.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Assist higher level auditor/lead on work as assigned, including performing special audits and targeted audits as requested by internal management.
• Analyze data and develop performance reports to support departmental goals and objectives.
• Document audit results, record findings, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor and track the impact of improvement efforts on management, clinical staff, and associate performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide administrative support to the management team and assist in coordinating department events and activities.

Minimum Requirements

• BS/BA; 2+ years related experience in enrollment, billing, claims, and/or customer contact automated environment (preferably in healthcare or insurance sector) or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Process improvement experience.
• Reporting and analytics skills.
• Experience with Tableau and dashboard creation.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $25.21 to $39.46 per hour (for California). In addition to salary, Elevance Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution.
