Military Operations Analyst LvL 4-5 Force Structure Support The assumption of POM/CAP/EXE management GOV assigned Units has highlighted the need for the GOV office to automate data into usable information. The GOV continues to use antiquated processes and procedures in structure, contractor accountability, and augmentation tracking that are decades old and remain a time consumer from both the staff and units alike. The team requests surge contract capacity to collaborate with the various tech and human resource entities within the GOV customer to automate decade old processes like Org Charts, Contractor data base, data submissions along with visual improvements to data used to brief the Command on enterprise level decisions. Required: US Citizenship and Possess an Active TS/SCI Clearance. Minimum of 2 years hands-on Data Engineer, Operations Research Analyst, or similar experience demonstrating the ability to design and conduct data modeling/architecture/engineering, data wrangling, advanced data analysis, and data visualization to provide insights and solutions to complex problems, processes, and scenarios. Expertise with common data structures and systems, and proficiency with data analysis and/or programming languages, e.g., Python, R, SQL etc. Experience working with SOF, interagency working groups, national agencies, DOD agencies, combatant commands or academic organizations. Familiarity or experience with Force structure management or human resources, personnel accountability and management programs. UX/UI experience or application experiences and interfaces and conducting user research and testing, with proficiency in design theories and principles. Expertise in producing high fidelity wireframes and other prototyping tools (e.g., Axure RP, UXPin, Figma, Sketch, etc.) also acceptable. Graduate of a Command and General Staff College/Intermediate Level Education. Strong multi-tasking and organization skills to stay on track in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and prioritize accordingly to create the desired outcome in the most efficient manner possible. Experience with a wide range of tools, and willingness to adapt to new tools as needed. Experience as a combat developer or trained in force modification preferred.
