Salary:

tekWorx is the leading supplier of energy optimization solutions for chiller and boiler systems in industrial, institutional and commercial sites. Our growth and success has opened the opportunity for multiple Application Engineers to function as the lead technical representatives for these large scale HVAC projects.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-sale data collection and site assessment including mechanical/operational and control system audits
• Develop project implementation plan and budget
• Field startup/commissioning to ensure system compliance with specifications
• Client field training on system operation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Coordinate post-installation performance measurement/verification and support

Qualifications:

• Experience in one of the following:
• Industrial and/or commercial HVAC: central plants, mechanical systems, or
• Mechanical/HVAC equipment: chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, valves, or
• Control systems: building automation, PLC, instruments, VFDs, or related areas

• B.S. in Engineering or Associate degree in mechanical or electrical/electronic technology with 2 years related experience
• Ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work comfortably with customers, system integration partners and sub-customers
• Able to travel domestically up to 20% of the time (M-F only)
