Job Description

A K-12 school located in Derry, NH is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a contracted position during the current school year (CSY). This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) who is passionate about supporting students behavioral and educational development.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collecting data on student behavior and progress.
• Assisting in developing and modifying instructional strategies to meet student needs.
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to promote consistency in behavior management approaches.
• Maintaining professional documentation and adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

Desired qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
