Job Title: Automotive Account Manager

Location: Columbus, OH (On-Site)

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

We’re seeking a driven Automotive Account Manager to join our corporate office in Columbus, OH. This is an on-site role designed for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering staffing solutions to the automotive industry. If you're energized by cold calling, relationship-building, and being the go-to expert for your clients, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development
2. Proactively make cold calls to prospective clients to sell specialized automotive staffing services
3. Identify new business opportunities across the automotive sector
4. Close deals and grow a robust portfolio of automotive accounts
5. Client Relationship Management
6. Serve as the automotive staffing expert —educating clients on workforce trends, strategies, and best practices
7. Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction
8. Work closely with leadership to ensure all accounts are in good standing and meeting performance goals
9. Operational Oversight
10. Oversee onsite staff to ensure they are effectively managing client relationships and workforce operations
11. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to internal team members

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in staffing or automotive sectors (Open to Entry-Level)
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Energetic, positive attitude with a passion for growth and relationship-building
4. Willingness and ability to travel as needed
5. Must be able to work on-site daily in Columbus, OH
