What You'll Do
As a Working Student , you’ll support us in the areas of career development, staffing, and HR topics. In terms of career development, you’ll assist our team in preparing Career Development (CD) meetings by requesting performance evaluations for our Senior Consulting Staff. You’ll also aid in compiling relevant documents for our CD meetings. In the context of staffing, you’ll process data in our HR/staffing database, including maintaining and controlling information on the planned and actual assignments of individual consultant groups. All the while, you’ll work together closely with our (Junior) Talent Specialists , supporting their daily work and assisting with ad hoc requests.
