This is a high-impact role focused on selling wireless products and services, acquiring new customers, and delivering exceptional support to ensure every client experiences the power of Verizon’s network.

What You'll Do As Our Next Wireless Account Representative :

• Promote and sell Verizon’s wireless plans, mobile devices, and accessories to new and existing customers to generate revenue and hit KPI targets for Verizon
• Engage directly with consumers to understand their needs and match them with the right Verizon solutions
• Educate clients on the benefits of Verizon’s 5G network, device features, and promotional offers
• Drive sales goals and performance metrics while maintaining a consultative approach
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized interactions
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, competitive offerings, and industry trends
• Work with other Wireless Account Representative team members in the market to hit all provided metrics for sales, retainment, upgrades, and churn
