Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Material Handler III to support daily warehouse and distribution center operations. This role involves picking, packing, palletizing, shipping, receiving, inventory movement , and operating material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, label, and process customer orders using RF scanners
Build and palletize orders for shipment; re-palletize as needed
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
Operate material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, order picker, dock stocker)
Use ERP/WMS systems to track inventory and material movement
Verify order accuracy and ensure proper packaging
Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Support inventory replenishment and cycle counts
Assist with shipping documentation for domestic and international orders
Cross-train and assist in other warehouse areas as needed
Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Forklift certification required
Experience operating warehouse equipment (MHE)
Ability to use RF scanners or voice picking systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
Work Environment
Distribution center / warehouse setting
May involve standing, lifting, and operating equipment
