We are currently looking for a Full Time Unconquered Life Health Coach to join our Unconquered Life Health team located at the Abbott Miller Bldg working .
Summary: Create, deploy, and maintain the initiatives and programs to empower UL members to achieve holistic wellness.
Responsibilities: * Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
- Greets and engages with a smile
- Determines needs, seeks positive experience and outcomes
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Develops and performs detailed administrative tasks and functions to assure an accurate and timely flow of information needed for prudent administrative decisions
* Handles routine customer complaints and incidents, exhibiting the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel
* Explains various aspects of programs, promotions, benefits, rewards and or requirements to internal and external customers, citizens, etc.
* Books guest reservations/tickets for all applicable amenities such as hotel, golf, spa, RV, concert or any other amenity using applicable systems
* Creates, deploys and maintains the initiatives programs to empower members to achieve holistic wellness
* Must understand the connection between the financial, fitness, nutrition, well-being and clinical aspects of health
* Supports the effective delivery and maintenance of individualized instruction for members to achieve their goals
* Must utilize and understand the custom applications developed and designed in programs
* Communicates with members through forms of communication for member engagement
* Employ various holistic wellness approaches to create goals for each member
- Performs vital signs, cholesterol, glucose testing, Fit3d and InBody body compostion testing
- Develops a relationship with Unconquered Life members to create holistic wellness goals and achievements
- Acts as liaison between pillars and members to coordinate care plans for individuals approaches
- Reviews analytics of an ever-changing population to review and modify UL best practices as needed
- Documents clients progress over the course of their time
- Collects pertinent clinical data from client medical records in order to identify accurate health issues
- Utilizes approved, specific documentation standards to chart pertinent information into medical record
- Responsible for the assessment, tracking, maintenance of and updates to the UL member goals
* Performs all other duties as assigned

Skills: Essential:
* Basic Computer skills

* 2 years directly related experience
Education: Essential:
* High School, GED or Equivalent
* Bachelors of Science
Credentials: Essential:
* Pass gaming background check
* Must be a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation
* Standard Driver's License
* Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach
