29 Acre’s living community is located in Crossroads, Texas approximately 30 miles north of Dallas. It is easily accessible from several highways serving the North Texas area.

Position Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring alignment with company needs, and fostering a positive candidate experience. By identifying and attracting high-quality candidates, you will contribute to building a strong, diverse workforce that drives the company's success and enhances its culture.

Position Qualifications

  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar or related fields.

  • Required: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED

  • Required: Must hold a valid Texas driver’s license and possess an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Job Posting and Advertising:

    • Creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company’s career page.

    • Ensuring job listings are updated and accurate to attract the right candidates.

  • Resume Screening and Shortlisting:

    • Reviewing incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

    • Screening resumes for basic qualifications, skills, and experience, and presenting a shortlist of suitable candidates to hiring managers.

  • Candidate Sourcing:

    • Utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to proactively search for candidates.

    • Engaging with potential candidates and building a pipeline of talent for current and future openings.

  • Interview Coordination:

    • Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

    • Sending interview confirmations, reminders, and necessary details to candidates.

  • Candidate Communication:

    • Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing status updates and feedback.

    • Responding to candidate inquiries about job openings, application status, and company culture.

  • Supporting the Interview Process:

    • Assisting in the preparation of interview questions

    • Conduct initial interview screenings and support hiring managers in the interview process.

  • Onboarding Support:

    • Assisting with new hire paperwork, such as contracts, background checks, and reference checks.

    • Coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Maintaining Candidate Database:

    • Updating and managing candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    • Ensuring that candidate information is accurately stored for future reference.

  • Reporting and Analytics:

    • Generating basic recruitment reports to track key metrics like time-to-fill, number of applications received, and interview-to-hire ratios.

    • Assisting in tracking the progress of open positions and identifying any bottlenecks in the hiring process.

  • Job Market Research:

    • Staying up-to-date with job market trends, salary ranges, and the latest recruitment tools or platforms.

    • Providing insights or feedback on recruitment strategies.

  • Supporting Employer Branding Efforts:

    • Assisting in promoting the company’s culture and values through recruitment marketing.

    • Helping with social media outreach and employer branding initiatives.
