Starting pay at $21.25 per hour Shift Times: 4:00 AM-2:00 PM; 2:00 PM-10:30 PM We cover airport badging fees and pay for your airport parking pass! Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC is a partner with Airport Dimensions and Sodexo at The Club, serving the Charlotte area. Responsibilities Supervise a team of 10-15 employees per shift and maintain flexible availability to work opening and closing shifts throughout the week. Weekend availability is required. Oversee daily operations in a premier clubroom/bar environment, delivering quality customer service and maintaining standards of safety and cleanliness. Coordinate with the Lounge Manager to manage liquor and food inventory for the assigned lounge and to resolve guest service issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws while guiding team members in service delivery. Maintain knowledge of operational policies and procedures and supervise general management tasks for all positions. Perform administrative tasks related to hiring, timesheets, inventory, and daily reporting as required. Supervision and Essential Job Functions Interact with airline/airport passengers in a premier clubroom/bar setting. Coordinate with peers, guests, and management; support a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Reorder liquor and food inventory and assist with guest service issues as directed by the Lounge Manager. Maintain a high level of customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving skills to meet guest needs. Verify and perform daily inventory and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., liquor certifications). Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure safety standards are met. Demonstrate basic bookkeeping, budgeting awareness, and administrative competencies as required. Assist with payroll-related tasks and timesheet coordination with management. Restock service areas with snacks, beverages, and supplies as needed. Qualifications

SUPERVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED is required. Two years of previous customer service or hospitality experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred. Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite, including Email and Excel). Must be at least 18 or 21 years of age as applicable by state law. Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively with customers and passengers in a friendly, professional manner. Knowledge of general office/document administration. Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

SUPERVISOR ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Cooperate with peers, customers, and management, including individuals with diverse viewpoints. Read, analyze, and complete documents for compliance (e.g., Alcohol Management Certification, liquor license requirements, audits, safety rules, internal policies). Possess and maintain required licenses/certifications (e.g., TIPS/TABC, health department certifications) as applicable. Stand for the duration of the shift; ability to work in a fast-paced environment for up to 10 hours. Communicate effectively in one-on-one and group settings; interpret instructions and procedures. Perform basic arithmetic, budgeting, and financial tasks as needed. Motivate team members and resolve customer-level issues; follow safety and liquor rules. Maintain personal appearance and grooming appropriate for a corporate environment. Pass and obtain required security/background checks to work in an airport environment. Report to work regularly and on time.
