Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you looking for a summer full of hands-on experience, professional development, and networking opportunities in a successful company with an incredibly supportive work setting? Look no further than an internship at Plastipak! As MIS Intern, you'll be with our Technical Data Integration Team, a team that drives innovation by exploring & integrating new technologies, such as machine learning, AI algorithm, AR device integration and more. You will develop, design and troubleshoot software used in manufacturing systems to continuously improve and assure Plastipak maintains our competitive edge as an industry leader. You will work to design and develop applications that will be used throughout our facilities, participate in software development for SCADA system, and troubleshoot software problems and coordinate across functions to create solutions.

WHO YOU ARE:

Required

Eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Pursuing undergrad degree in Computer Science or related major
Able to commute to our Corporate Office in Plymouth, MI (Housing stipend provided if permanent and college address is 50+ miles from office)
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Expected graduation date of Fall 2024 or Spring 2025
