This is a fantastic open-ended opportunity for an experienced SharePoint Developer to jump into a challenging project and really drive it to the finish line. The successful Developer will have a strong .Net Development background and experience supporting SharePoint On-Prem projects from a design and development standpoint. This person will be experienced working in a fast-paced environment with proven delivery success. Our client is seeking a developer that can deliver quality solutions and ensure that these solutions are designed, developed, and deployed successfully
Required Skills:
3+ years SharePoint and .Net Development experience
Experience transitioning environment from On-Prem to Online.
Strong hands-on experience working with both SharePoint (on-prem and online) implementations, upgrades, content management solutions and custom development required
Design and develop custom solutions to meet the business needs
Experience integrating with O365 tools using SharePoint features
Assist with migrating and transitioning sites, applications, forms, workflows and solutions to SharePoint On-Prem
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving development issues that arise
Provide ongoing development support to client as needed
Desired Skills:
Exert knowledge to influence stakeholders in matters of technical concepts and matters pertaining to SharePoint
Thorough understanding of cyber security and data security concepts
Active Directory experience ideal
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with agile principles and frameworks
