Position: SEO Manager Location: Powell, OH (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time About The Role We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead and grow the search engine optimization strategy across a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a hands‑on leadership role where creativity meets analytics – ideal for someone who thrives on developing data‑driven strategies, mentoring teams, and achieving measurable results. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple client SEO accounts and oversee daily SEO operations. Develop and execute tailored SEO strategies aligned with each client's goals and KPIs. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and comprehensive technical SEO audits. Optimize on‑page elements including metadata, headers, internal links, and site structure. Collaborate with content, advertising, and web development teams to align creative and SEO goals. Lead client reporting and strategy meetings, presenting clear and actionable data insights. Monitor website performance using analytics tools and continuously refine SEO strategies. Support integrated marketing initiatives that combine SEO with paid search, social, and web efforts. Mentor and guide in‑house team members to enhance overall SEO practices. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of professional SEO experience (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of both technical and content‑based SEO strategies. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Yoast SEO. Extensive WordPress experience and strong understanding of website architecture. Proven track record in SEO content development and link‑building. Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present performance data. Working knowledge of paid media, local SEO, and general digital marketing principles is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
