Our founder was a former police chief who saw a need for professionally trained security and armed patrol officers. Over 25 years later, MPI continues to be a leader in providing full scale, professional security services. We are very interested in hiring like minded individuals who are looking to gain additional training and experience in the private security industry.Our focus is to hire the best and strive to make them better with unparalleled training and mentoring. Our Officers provide armed and unarmed security services, monitor surveillance equipment, and conduct patrols. MPI is currently looking to add several people to our team. We are in search of hard working, professional individuals, who are looking for full OR part time work that live in or around the Madison area. Must be at least 18 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent 24 college credits, preferably in criminal justice or a related field. OR 1 year of military service with an honorable discharge. OR 1 year of Police, Corrections, EMT or Firefighter experience Must be a US resident or documented naturalization proof Qualifications: Must have excellent customer service & communication skills and the ability to speak & write in fluent English. Must have reliable transportation, reliable cell phone, and a valid driver’s license. Must have daily access to e-mail/internet Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must pass a background check with no felony convictions Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid time off Experience level: 1 year Schedule: Evening shift Holidays Night shift Overnight shift Weekends as needed Application Question(s): Do you hold a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record?
