Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales BDC Call Center Representative to join our team at Toyota of Grand Rapids. The successful individual will be responsible for generating appointments through outbound sales calls in a fast-paced contact center environment. This is a full-time, individual contributor position offering a base salary plus commission and a $1500 sign-on bonus. Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive compensation (ranging from $35000 to $50000 annually) and excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k). Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and place follow-up calls to existing customers
• Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals and outside lead sources
• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills in customer service, product features and benefits
• Track and record all customer interactions and transactions
• Maintain a customer-focused demeanor in high-pressure situations

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years of telephone sales experience in a customer service environment
• Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Working knowledge of telemarketing scripting
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
