What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with RVP and TSRs to boost sales of Tarkett products through strategic accounts
  • Evaluate customer base to determine optimal service models and forecast large volume opportunities
  • Drive specifications and engage directly with customers at networking events and trade shows
  • Conduct product presentations for end users, dealers, and architects/designers
  • Develop and maintain effective business plans for corporate partners and floor expo members
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • Strong entrepreneurial attitude and competitive spirit
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Proven experience in launching products at key accounts
  • Ability to identify sales trends and develop business insights
  • Assertive with attention to detail and a commitment to planning and organization
  • Experience working in the multifamily housing market or single-family market
  • Willingness to travel overnight (50%-75%)
