We are seeking a Property Management Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a preliminary review of all applications and lease renewals
  • Review and prepare billing statements monthly
  • Organize and screen board packages
  • Light filing - digital and paper

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with residential and commercial and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 3+ years working in real estate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience with Office365 Suite
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
