Position: Commercial Plumbing Foreman

location: Greater South Jersey

Pay: $35 - $40

Overview

A well-established South Jersey Commercial Plumbing Company with 25+ years in business is seeking experienced Plumbing Foremen to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled professionals who can lead all phases of commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical expertise and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure optimal installation.
• Supervise and mentor plumbers while ensuring high-quality work.
• Install new commercial plumbing systems in compliance with blueprints and codes.
• Layout and install copper/PVC piping and set fixtures for both below- and above-ground plumbing.
• Oversee and manage projects , reporting progress, RFIs, and any job site issues to the office.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and lead by example.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal hand tools required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and submittals .
• Strong physical capability, including climbing ladders, hand digging trenches, carrying fixtures, and operating lifts/excavators .
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and critical thinking skills.
