Job Description
Volo San Francisco Median and content staff members are responsible for understanding and representing Volo brand standards in a friendly, and outgoing social sales environment. This is a part-time role great for anyone who likes supporting a fast-paced, hands on, energetic team, enjoys sports and events, and is looking for supplemental income.

Responsibilities:

• Social media & Digital Engagement
• Assist in getting content for social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok) to promote events, share highlights, and engage with the community.
• Content collection at leagues + events
• Reel creation with support from Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications

• Passion for Sports & Community: A love for recreational sports and a desire to build inclusive, fun experiences for people of all backgrounds.
• Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with diverse groups, promoting events, and solving problems in a positive and approachable manner.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage event logistics, and stay organized while coordinating events and activities.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, and participants.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends to support marketing events.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from events.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Possess a positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly.
• High School Diploma / GED Equivalency.

Working Conditions:

• Hours: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
• Location: On-site at local sports facilities, fields, or community centers for in-person events. Some remote tasks (e.g., social media management, outreach) can be done virtually.
• Travel: Occasional travel to different venues or events within the community will be required.
• Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds.
