Job Description
Delaware Claims Processing Facility, one of the area’s largest claims resolution settlement organizations, has an opening in their downtown Wilmington, DE location for a Paralegal/Law Clerk.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Polished communications skills; ability to communicate clearly both internally and externally to staff, attorneys, paralegals and other outside parties.
Strong written communication skills in particular are a must – ability to draft well written letters and email correspondence.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Duties to be performed: Assist with review and research of statute of limitations (SOL) issues, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) management, third party subpoenas, document productions, and other projects and research as needed.
