Must hold a DNP or PhD in Nursing Education (Ed.D will be considered)\nCurrent RN licensure & certification in nursing leadership - WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED OTHERWISE!! \n\nProven leadership/supervisory experience and experience as a lead in the planning and development of nursing education in a health system. \n\nIdeal Candidate is a nursing education leader with strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills who can align education with organizational goals and clinical excellence.\n\nHybrid schedule: 2 days in person (NYC corporate building) and 3 days remote
