We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for our Sunbelt Mobile Home Park located at 400 Centre Blvd. Greenville, SC 29605.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Landscaper / Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician Job Duties:

• Upkeep curb appeal and maintenance of the community
• Pick up trash around the community
• Grounds keeping such as lawn mowing, planting, weeding/weed eating, etc
• Complete maintenance on equipment and tools within safety guidelines
• Complete work orders in an efficient and timely manner
• Adhere to all safety regulations
• Basic plumbing, willing to train

Landscaper / Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in groundskeeping/landscaping or general maintenance labor skills
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Need to be comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
• Basic computer skills, i.e. email and internet

*Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.
