Executive Recruiter | Talent Acquisition Specialist | Accounting and Finance | Direct Hire & Executive Search | Business Development & Hiring Partner Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 Job Summary The Junior Financial Analyst will work closely with the finance team to support financial planning, reporting, and decision‑making processes across multiple entities. This role requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial concepts to assist with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long‑range plans by analyzing trends, historical data, and market conditions. Update and validate financial models, reports, and planning tools, ensuring consistency with the organization’s general ledger and financial systems. Collaborate with budget owners and cross‑functional teams to create accurate budgets, improve processes, and provide variance analysis. Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and design reporting solutions to enhance transparency and support strategic decisions. Participate in financial system integrations and testing to ensure accurate, timely reporting and streamlined workflows. Track and report on capital projects and investment activity, ensuring timely reconciliation, adherence to budgets, and proper asset capitalization. Prepare financial reports and presentation materials for leadership and committees, including key data, tables, and visualizations that highlight trends and progress. Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of budgeting and forecasting policies, procedures, and systems.
