Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HVAC Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in HVAC sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective team management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the HVAC sales team.
  • Set clear sales targets and goals for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the sales team.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.

Team Training and Development:

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support professional development.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure financial targets are met.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and industry trends.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Base Salary: $100+K + Commission + Bonus
