We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Florence, South Carolina. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to end-users, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. As a key member of the support team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and system functionality.
Responsibilities:• Familiarity with IT concepts and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, printer support, and experience with ticketing systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in telephone support.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday during designated hours.
