Are you a driven and personable dental professional with a strong background in case presentation and patient communication? Do you have a proven track record of helping patients understand and move forward with comprehensive treatment? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are seeking an Experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help patients feel confident and informed about their dental care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or similar front-office dental role
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance, and financial options
• Proven ability to present comprehensive and cosmetic treatment plans with clarity and empathy
• High-level communication and sales skills —you know how to build trust
• Comfortable using dental software and digital tools (e.g., Open Dental, DEXIS, etc.)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up effectively
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Your Responsibilities:

• Guide patients through their treatment journey from consultation to scheduling
• Present and explain treatment plans, including timing, fees, and payment options
• Answer questions and address concerns with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Follow up with patients who are pending treatment to increase case acceptance
• Help patients utilize insurance benefits and understand financing options
