As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services and ensuring that clients leave feeling satisfied and confident.

Duties

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, perming and styling according to client preferences.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care.
• Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and managing payments.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and promote retail sales.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.

Skills

• Proficient in various hair styling techniques with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with industry standards.
• Front desk experience is a plus, including appointment scheduling and payment processing.
• A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
