Job Description

Mission:

The mission of this role is to assess and estimate the cost and scope of restoration projects and provide an accurate and detailed estimate to our customers, internal team members and insurance adjusters.

Compensation Range:

• $45,000- $55,000 Annual Base Salary based on experience. *Ability to earn up to $95,000 after 12 months in the role.
• Attractive incentive plan paid quarterly
• Company issued vehicle OR up to $550/month auto allowance

Education/Professional Experience/Skills:

• 2-3 years of Xactimate experience desired
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and restoration techniques

Team Member Expectations:

• Site Inspection and Damage Assessment - Conduct thorough inspections of damaged properties to assess the extent of restoration needed. Identify and document all damages, including structural, electrical, plumbing, and other relevant systems.
• Quality Sales Touches - Building and maintaining positive and mutually beneficial business relationships with existing adjusters, as well as identifying and building relationships with new ones.
• Customer Proposals - Prepare detailed estimates based on the estimated costs and present them to customers and insurance adjusters. Explain to the customer the restoration process, timelines, and costs in a clear and concise manner
