The Role: We are seeking driven, innovative Implementation Consultants eager to grow in the dynamic field of talent management technology and deliver exceptional client service. The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for requirements analysis, business process mapping, training, solution design, and implementation of systems such as Saba Cloud, Cornerstone OnDemand, and SAP SuccessFactors. You will work closely with clients to facilitate their transition to cloud-based software, optimize ROI, and serve as a liaison between client teams, technical resources, and software vendors. Responsibilities include system configuration, testing, and ensuring successful client adoption at launch. The Responsibilities: Gather requirements and define business processes based on current best practices. Analyze and document design specifications. Implement application design in collaboration with clients and technical teams. Assist in user acceptance testing and troubleshoot product issues. Participate in end-user training and contribute to organizational objectives. The Requirements: Ability to resolve complex system or business issues creatively. Excellent communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and facilitating discussions. Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Independent work ethic with strong team contribution skills. Interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and a service-oriented mindset. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and solution focus. Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative. Proficiency in problem solving, analytical thinking, and MS Office. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing environments. Knowledge of MS Project, SQL, Oracle, and HR software is a plus. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel to client locations and attend semi-annual meetings. Eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available). Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 This is a remote position or based in Bethesda, MD, or New York office. The role involves extended computer work and communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. This description is not exhaustive of all responsibilities.
