Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Drive Tester for our client. This position is responsible for testing tools in the company’s drive lab to evaluate durability, documenting and relaying results to lab technicians, and periodically reloading tools during testing.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Test tools in company drive lab to test durability
• Documents durability results and relay them to a lab technician
• Reload tools periodically
• Keep accurate records of testing completes
• Record accurate fastener counts
• Observe and report any observation, tool, or part failures with the engineering team

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Must have the ability to work with little supervision
• Must be organized and able to keep accurate record
• Must have an above-average attention to detail
• Experience with company tools is a plus
• 100% of the time spent standing throughout the shift
• 100% of the time, must be able to lift, stoop, bend, walk, pull, carry +/- 75 pounds
• Must be able to withstand continuous exposure to disagreeable noise, dirt, and fumes within the OSHA allowance
• Must be comfortable working in an environment where there is possible exposure to lost-time accidents, including but not limited to the hands, arms, feet or back
• 100% of the time able to properly use and hold company tools that weigh up to 20lbs
• Must have proficient math skills and be able to read, write, add, and subtract
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Communication skills.
