Job Description :
Support the client's investment reporting function through the preparation, QA, and delivery of internal and external reports and materials.
\n

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
\n

\n
• Assemble reports and presentations for stakeholders and clients
\n
• QA automated reports prior to client delivery
\n
• Manually create reports using supplied or pulled data
\n
• Manage multiple reports daily, balancing complexity and deadlines
\n
• Respond to client and internal stakeholder email inquiries
\n
• Work overtime during end-of-quarter periods (5-20 hours/week)
\n

Must-Haves:
\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science or related)
\n
• 0-2 years of experience in a relevant role
\n
• High attention to detail and excellent time management
\n
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
\n
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
\n
• Ability to handle high report volumes with accuracy and timeliness
\n

Nice-to-Haves:

• Exposure to client-facing communication in professional settings

• Familiarity with marketing or educational report creation
