Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Catastrophe Team - Construction Assistant Superintendent you will ensure that service, safety, and quality are performed at the company's highest standard - playing a vital role in responding to disaster events and business interruptions by assisting with the direction and coordination of commercial construction projects.

This will include:
  • Client communication
  • Project administration
  • Subcontractor supervision; all trades
  • Daily communication with the Superintendent
  • Adhering to all company protocols, policies, and accounting procedures

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Travel required – Standby Catastrophe Team
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Driver's License is required
  • Construction experience is required or college degree or construction internship experience
  • OSHA 10 or 30-hour a plus
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check
  • Must have open availability - 7 days a week
  • Disaster relief experience is a plus
  • Ability to supervise subcontractors
  • Good verbal communication
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Current passport is a plus
