Family Service Association (FSA) is seeking a Volunteer to provide clerical support for both our Operations department. FSA is a non-profit organization who is committed to strengthening our communities. FSA motto is "Family Strength is Community Strength". This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on administrative experience, build their resume, and gain exposure to the internal workings of a nonprofit agency. Key Responsibilities: Assist with filing, data entry, and document organization Support scheduling and coordination of meetings Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR-related documents Provide general administrative support as needed Desired Skills: Strong attention to detail and organization Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email) Good communication and interpersonal skills Interest in nonprofit work, human resources, or operations Ability to maintain confidentiality Must be at least 18 years old, background check is required. (Which FSA will reimburse.) We are flexible with your schedule. If you are only able to volunteer 2 days a week that is fine.
