The Chief Risk Officer will also be tasked with providing a credible challenge to all risk-related activities, supporting the first line of defense in risk management, and leading the second line of defense across various risk categories. Additionally, the role involves developing and executing a robust Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering program, as well as collaborating with business, technology, security, vendor, and audit professionals to manage and mitigate risks. Candidates for the Chief Risk Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, with an advanced degree and related certifications being a plus.
