YOU ARE

Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s.

You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.  

CARTIER HIGH JEWELRY INTERN

The High Jewelry department manages the entirety of Cartier’s “High-End” product category as a distinct business entity, critical to the DNA of the Maison. The department has 360° responsibility for these creations, the clients, and how and where the pieces are sold. Within the team, the HJ Community pillar oversees a group of sales experts with the specific set of skills able to close these high-stakes deals. This pillar supports the High Jewelry sales experts with their business plans and daily sales, as well as fosters synergies amongst the experts across the Americas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the HJ Community Director with the day to day needs of the HJ Community
• Support in the creation of an internal SharePoint page dedicated to learning more about the High Jewelry sales experts and to promote the HJ Sales Career path
  • Solicit and compile quotes and other content from the field
  • Mock-up layouts of “About Me” pages for each individual
  • Create simple banners and other graphically pleasing images/layouts
  • Build the pages using SharePoint and with support from IT as needed
  • Collaborate with HJ team members and other stakeholders to test the resource and provide feedback/adjustments
  • Make a deck to be used to socialize this resource with the field
• Research and propose team-building activities for remote/distance teams
  • Brainstorm what might be all the ways to build synergies and connections amongst high-performing team members who live across the country
• Pull/create data reports as needed

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application
• Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success
• Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
• Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
• Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visas for summer internships
• Must be age 18 or older to participate 
• Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 3rd - August 9th)

This is a paid internship.  

Students are responsible for all arrangements of housing and travel

Compensation: $20-25/hourly
