Job Description

As a Cabinet Finisher you will work with the cabinetry department to complete and fulfill project needs for current jobs assigned. You will work with the director and team leaders as well as work with both contractors and customers. You will work to install all cabinetry and carpentry products in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Finish all cabinets and other products according to laid out project blueprints
• Work directly with design teams and customers to achieve and implement their visions
• Load and unload materials at company and job sites
• Work with power and hand tools to complete all projects

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3+ years of cabinetry or carpentry experience. Work with blueprints or CAD is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with power and hand tools and general construction knowledge
• Punchout and assembly background is also a plus

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $22-26/hr not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
