Bilingual Leasing Agent

Hire Priority , a leader in Multifamily Staffing is looking to hire a high-energy Bilingual Leasing Agent, who is not afraid of working hard and loves interacting with people. If you are motivated, dependable, capable of closing deals, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Bilingual Leasing Agent Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective residents by showcasing units and amenities (in-person or via virtual tours or via social media postings).
• Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about the amenities, local community and other property details.
• Prepare, process & execute lease agreements.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and future residents.
• Coordinate and schedule guided apartment tours with apartment locators on behalf of prospective residents.

Bilingual Leasing Agent Qualifications:

• Multifamily apartment industry experience preferred.
• Tax Credit (not required, but helpful).
• Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and self-confidence are a MUST.
• Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, Appfolio, etc.
• Understanding of and compliance with Fair Housing Act.

Must provide identification and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., and complete an application and interview process.
