Shift Details: 12-hour night shifts

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pinpoint and fix equipment failures using provided manuals.
• Tackle electro-mechanical problems under minimal supervision.
• Identify and requisition defective spare parts accurately.
• Comprehend withdrawal and return procedures in storerooms.
• Familiarity with machine tool equipment.
• Demonstrate teamwork and lead effectively on assigned tasks.
• Track maintenance records and follow employment guidelines.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe workplace.
• Handle shift-specific tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Possess 3-5 years of industry-related experience.
• Completion of mechanical/electrical pre-employment assessments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a vocational program in electro-mechanics is beneficial.
• Familiar with precision tools like micrometers and calipers.
• Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.

Skills and Expertise:

• Proficient in equipment troubleshooting
• Electronics systems expertise
• Capable of mechanical assembly
• Holding a High School diploma or GED

Technology Experience:

• Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
