As an Associate in the Investment Banking Program, you will be part of a focused, high-performing team that supports clients through strategic transactions and capital raising. From day one, you will engage in live projects, build relationships with clients and senior bankers, and contribute to the work that helps our clients achieve their objectives in today's dynamic environment. You will join a product or industry coverage group aligned to a specific location, where you will deepen your expertise while developing the technical and strategic skills critical to long-term success in investment banking.
The program begins with seven weeks of comprehensive training in Charlotte, covering financial accounting, credit analysis, valuation, and modeling. You will also prepare for Series 63, 79, and SIE license exams. Following training, you will step directly into deal execution and client advisory work. Your responsibilities may include:

+ 2+ years of investment banking program experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work, military service, training, or education
+ MBA with an expected graduation date of December 2025 to June 2026
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to operate effectively both independently and in teams
+ Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills
+ Track record of leadership or involvement in professional or academic initiatives
FINRA registration for SIE, Series 63 (or 66), and Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire if not already held. Recognized equivalents will be accepted.
Positions are available in San Francisco, with limited opportunities in Los Angeles.
